This tree provides the structure of department.
To view tree information, go to MaineStreet > Enterprise Applications > Financials, then go to Main Menu > Tree Manager > Tree Viewer. Enter "UMS_DEPT_ORG" for the 'Tree Name' and pick the most recent tree. This tree is updated annually on July 1st.
Click the "-" and expand the tree.
These eight fields in UM_GLQ_REPRTING table are based on this UMS_DEPT_ORG tree.

- UM_DEPT_CR_2
- UM_DEPT_CR_2_D
- UM_DEPT_CR_3
- UM_DEPT_CR_3_D
- UM_DEPT_CR_4
- UM_DEPT_CR_4_D
The level of the tree corresponds to the field. For example, for the DEPTID=1801000, UM_DEPT_CR_1 is based on the level 3 of the tree. Some department ID does not have all the level, such as DEPTID= 1702000. The UM_DEPT_CR_2, CR_3, and CR_4 fields for the DEPTID= 1702000 are blank in UM_GLQ_REPRTING table since there are no tree nodes below level 3.
