DARTS : CSRPT Daily Extract Overview

These are the processes DARTS maintains every day. (As of 7/10/23)

Monday- Saturday:

At 2:15 am, UM_CS4 job starts. Data will be refreshed on these tables: 

• UM_APPL_EXTRACT : from STRM=2230 to 9999
• UM_PROS_EXTRACT : from STRM=2230 to 9999
• UM_STUD_EXTRACT : from STRM=2130 to 9999
• UM_D_STD_ENRL : from STRM=2130 to 9999
• UM_CLSS_SCH_FCL (The SQR has automated logic to change the terms: current terms  2230 - 9999)

 At 5:15 am, UM_CS5 job starts. Data will be refreshed on these tables from STRM=2130 and forward (9999).

• UM_STD_ENR_ARC
• UM_APPACAD_PROG
• UM_PSQRYDFN_SQL
• UM_ITYP_TREENDS
• UM_F_EMPLOY_ARC 

Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday:

UM_FINA job starts at 9am and updates UM_FIN_AID table. AID_YEAR: From 2022 to 9999. (AID_YEAR is updated manually in July every year.)

Saturday:

UM_FINA2 job starts at 9am and updates UM_FIN_AIDDT table. AID_YEAR: From 2022 to 9999. (AID_YEAR is updated manually in July every year.)
