Data for these graphs was compiled from our team (DARTS@maine.edu) email address and the PS Query User' Group (selecting all inquiries NOT posted by DARTS members), and was sorted by inquiry topic: Discoverer, PS Query Users' Group, and all Others. The data for 2016-2018 does not include inquiries that were received by individual DARTS team members unless they were then forwarded to the team for assistance. 2019 forward totals will include those individual inquiries.
