DARTS members frequently receive requests to grant access to various databases and tools. Although we do not grant direct access to the PeopleSoft databases, we can begin the process for our customers using the information on this page.

Instructions

  1. Human Resources HRPRD database - Have the requester fill out and submit this Human Resources Security Authorization Form and email to hris@maine.edu
  2. For Campus Solutions, refer them to the UMS Campus Liaisons page where they can find either a form or a contact person for their campus.
  3. Financials
    1. If the customer has access to the database but is unable to see particular tables, you may grant access directly to any NON SECURITY tables. Create a Jira ticket in MaineStreet Infrastructure, use a component of "security," and tag the Change Management / Systems Security Analyst, currently McLean Poulin, mpoulin@maine.edu. Also tag your manager as well as the Finance Director and Database Administrator Lead, currently John St. Peter, johns@maine.edu.
    2. If the customer has no access, refer them to the Finance Director, currently Darla Reynolds, darlab@maine.edu
