Data Quality Specifications
  1. Ensure student is post-matriculated before deferring
  2. Admit term and requirement term reflect the term to which the student is deferring
  3. Subplan, if any, reflects the term to which the student is deferring
  4. If a student is pre-decision, application should have a program code of DATA and the term should reflect the term to which the student is deferring
