1. There is one delivered table PSPRCSRQST and one custom table PS_UM_PSPRCSRQST for getting information about SQRs. PSPRCSRQST contains data from the batch servers when jobs are run, and provides lots of useful information for both history and performance. This data is only kept for 10 days and is purged when the outputs themselves are purged. (See DBA-1038 - Determine tables to identify report usage. Closed )

  2. Power BI report has been created and published on the SQR Usage Report page.  It is based on SQL in CSRPT and Excel for report name lookup. Both SQL and Excel files are stored in the SharePoint site (UMS08-IT managed materials > Data source files > SQR usage). Power BI desktop file (pbix) is also stored in the SharePoint site (UMS08-IT managed materials > Power BI document files > SQR usage). Please keep the most recent file in the same location with the same name.

  3. Power BI report is published on DSIT-Working workspace in Power BI Service. The data refresh is scheduled daily.

  4. Please note that the data is available in the report 10 days after the user ran SQRs.

  5. When you get any blank values on slicers on the PBI report, check the SQL or Excel lookup in the SharePoint site. Make changes if necessary. If new SQR report is added, update DARTS SQR Reports page. The list of "Exclude" people (IT people) is within the pbix file. Please update the list as needed.

The usage for PS query is not available. The tables have not been set up properly in PeopleSoft. Please go to Query Usages page for more information.
