Access SQR Runner

To get to SQR runner, follow these steps to CSRPT, the reporting database for student information.

  1. Log in to your MyCampus portal. Click on the MaineStreet icon in the Launchpad.
Image of myCampus Launchpad. Select the MaineStreet Icon, second from the left, top row.

  2. When you are redirected to MaineStreet, expand Enterprise Applications and select Campus Solutions Reporting-RPT.Select Campus Solutions Reporting from the Enterprise Applications menu

  3. Your Reporting Homepage tiles appear.  Select SQR Runner.

    Upload Input Data

  4. A menu will appear on the left side of the screen. Expand Run SQR. Select Input File Upload.

  5. If the ID of the SQR is known, it can be entered in the SQR ID field. If unsure, just click the Search button.

If there is only a single SQR available, the system will redirect to that SQR. Otherwise, the user will be asked to choose the SQR file they wish to alter.
This will allow for the data upon which the SQR will act to be loaded into the system. This process expects a file of a certain name, which should be specified when SQR run access is granted for the specific script.
The display for uploading input files allows users to either upload new files, delete old files, or replace existing files. This is the choice of the user as to whether they wish to maintain history of past run data in this form.

  6. To upload a new file, click the PLUS icon (plus) in the latest row.

  7. Follow the instructions to upload the file and enter a description, if desired (this is not necessary as the system will use the filename by default).

  8. Uploaded file can now be seen at the bottom of the list. Before moving on, click the Upload button.

  9. A message will appear and the result of the upload will be available in the Results text box. Select OK.

  10. The attached file is now available in the "SQR Input File Attachments" box.

    Run SQR

  11. Click the Run SQR link in the left column to run the SQR with the newly uploaded data.

  12. Either select an existing Run Control ID, or create a new value.

  13. The SQR ID must be entered again. Click the Search Icon next to the text box for Select SQR Id to see the list of SQR scripts that are accessible.

  14. Click the SQR ID to run.
This will populate the list of parameters that must be filled for the selected SQR script. The parameters are specific to each SQR, and are navigable via the Enter Process Parameters controls. The example below has 5 distinct parameters that must be entered. Ensure that all values are entered prior to running the script.

  15. Continue until all parameters for your specific SQR are entered. The image below is parameter 2 of 5.

  16. Once this is complete, click the Run button. A popup notification will appear showing the status. Click OK.
