DARTS : Issues to be discussed after CS92 upgrade

Critical:

• REPORT-550 - Investigate LEVEL_LOAD_RULE Closed -NSC change control needs to be submitted on 6/11. - Need feed back from Rachel T.
  
  

1. Review batch process- UM_CS4, UM_CS5, UM_FINA & UM_FINA2. 
   • REPORT-559 - DG Certification Proposal Closed - Change run control ID to BATCH- UMAPPEXT and UMSTUEXT. Change Peter's hard-coded code for run control on SQR (UMSTUEXT, UMAPPEXT - "or $prcs_oprid = 'BATCH'" needs to be removed)
   1. Make sure UM_CS4 & 5 in CSPRD should run 7 days a week
   2. Make sure UM_CS4 & 5 in CSRPT to run from Monday through Saturday.
   3. Change terms for data refreshing (probably from STRM= 1830 forward)
   4. Make sure each job schedule is set on reasonable time. - Jeff will talk to John on week of 7/8
   • REPORT-606 - Rebuild UM_CS4 in CSRPT 
   • Rebuild UM_FINA and UM_FINA2 with BATCH ID in CSRPT (currently PANDERSEN) REPORT-612

5. CS-3505 - PS_EMAIL_ADDRESSES Closed  - Email address data is not updated from HR to CS or from CS to HR.  Once it is copied to PS_EMAIL_ADDRESSES table in CS it can only be updated in CS.  This needs to be fixed.  (REPORT-553 - usage) → Rachel will contact Matt and Ursula

2. PS_UM_PSQRYDFN_SQL- Change code (SQR??) to limit the data. UM_LAST_ANALYZED >= today's date - 1 year?? We don't want to keep the deleted queries which are deleted in 2007, for example. → Jeff will test in DEV
