This HRPRD table documents teaching contracts for Part-Time Faculty (Labor Union 009) for Academic Year paid class assignments.

Data includes Fall and Spring semesters ONLY, Summer and Winter Session teaching is not covered by the Union Contracts.

Please note that it is updated manually by HR staff or by HRPRD batch processes and may not include all Instructor Classes. 

These data are used to establish benefits eligibility and years of service by converting Course Credits to

Full Time Equivalency (FTE) - COURSE_CREDITS *(8/3)/40  example-3 Credits *(8/3)/40 =  0.2 FTE
