• 12/05/18 Meeting with Michael Cooley, Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems, University of Maine
  • Michael is interested in helping DARTS with anything regarding UMS05 Admissions and Enrollment data. He is especially interested in documenting data definitions across institutions to ensure consistency. Discussions surrounded the DARTS website, Data Cookbook and Data Governance. Michael would like to be a resource for us for data marts, data definitions and report/query testing. He is currently planning to add reports (representative of UMS05 admissions) to our Index of Reports as well as review admissions terms in our Data Dictionary.
  • Created JIRA Ticket REPORT-473, and documented UMS05 Admissions Funnel which  Michael shared via the report submission form on this website.
• Face to face Power BI workshop by Microsoft was held for IR group on 11/14/18. 18 people participated. The follow-up discussion was held on 12/3/18.
• November Discoverer Migration Update Email (November 26, 2018) - Announced that Campus Solutions 9.2 will not support Discoverer.
  
• IR meting (November 14, 2018) - The procedure for uploading cohort and other process was shared.
• IR meting (July 25, 2018) -The potential change of cohort upload process was discussed.
