The census occurs on three dates (August 15, October 15, February 15), at which time enrollment data is run for reporting. UM_STUD_CENSUS and UM_STUD_CENS_VW tables contain student information on the census dates, and UM_STD_ENR_CENS has course information.
Three times a year, ahead of the census, an email reminder with the information below is sent, indicating that census date is approaching. Information for the email list can be found on the Enrollment Reports Folder Users Google sheet.
The official census date for (Summer/Fall/Spring 20____) enrollments is (August/October/February 15th, 20___).
Once the student archive is created around 10 AM on the 15th, we will create a census date version of the extract (UM_STUD_CENSUS) and a census date version of the student class extract (UM_STD_ENR_CENS). Following the completion of these tables, we will run various standard enrollment reports that will be placed in a secure location. A limited number of users have been granted access to these files.
You will receive a second email notification from us when the extract and census tables have been updated and are available for reporting.
