This page is for viewing Power BI Census Reports. Please follow the steps below to find Power BI content that has been shared with you.


  1. Go to app.powerbi.com. Use your Single Sign On (SSO) credentials to login.

    Click to sign in to Microsoft Power BI

  2. Click "Apps" on the left column. If you see "Census-DSIT-Reports", click the tile and skip to step #5. If you don't see the tile, go to step #3.

  3. If you don't see "Census-DSIT-Reports" tile on step #2,  click "Get more apps from Microsoft AppSource".

  4. Click the "Organizational apps" tab and find "Census-DSIT-Reports."  Click "Get it now" and the tile for the report will now show in your Apps.

  5. There are multiple reports listed in the left-hand column. Click the name of the report you'd like to view. If there are multiple pages for the report, you can see them by clicking the small down arrow next to the report name.

  6. On the visual, please pick your campus. You can change selections by clicking the slicers. Slicers are located on either top of the report or left hand side bar under "Current selections".
    1. Slicer with check box: You can pick as many as you want. Pick everything by clicking "Select all".

    2. Slicer with radio button: You can only pick one item.

    3. A slicer is synced with other slicer.  For example, the slicer for CAREER will show 'UGRD' only when UMM has chosen on the slicer for CAMPUS since there is no GRAD career at UMM.


  7. You can print or export to PDF under the "Export" functions.

  9. Not all census reports have been moved yet. The remainder are available in the Census Reports Google Drive folder.
