Handling connection errors in Power BI.

Be sure to check the VPN is connected.


  1. Go to Transform data > Data source settings

    Select Data source settings

  2. Choose "Global permissions" and choose the source. In this case, choose https://umainesystem.sharepoint.com for the SharePoint, then click "Edit permissions"



  3. Click "Edit" under Credentials



  4. Click "Organizational account" and sign in. Then "Save."

  5. Click "OK"

  6. Click "Close"
