End Users can use Power BI HUB SharePoint Library Request Form to request a new library in Power BI HUB. The current list of user library is on User Library Administrators (owners) list page. The following instruction is for creating new library.

  1. Go to Power BI HUB page and click "New" and choose "Folder"


  2. Enter library (folder) name and click "Create". You cannot use " " : < > ? / \ | on the name. The naming convention is Campus- Department. (example: UMS01-IR)


  3. Update User Library Administrators (owners) list page. Please go to User Library Administrator (Owner) Access in Power BI HUB page to assign administrator(s).
