Student earnings tracking in HRPRD

Report Purpose
This report for UMF and USM shows student wages and contains the fund source and hours worked, by semester and academic year. The query uses extensive expression calculations to prevent inflation of hours or earnings caused by table joins. This could be replicated for other institutions upon request to DARTS@maine.edu.

MyCampus > MaineStreet > Enterprise Applications > Human Resources - Production > NavBar (compass icon, top right) > Navigator > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager or Query Viewer
Report Name
UMS_DTS_STU_WAGES (UMS02 and UMS06 ONLY) - returns hours and earnings by FWS Distribution Category
by past academic year (back to AY-2011).
