Report Purpose

These reports were created by Program Integration and show variations on credit hours required for majors by term and institution.

Report Location

MyCampus > MaineStreet > Enterprise Applications > Campus Solutions-92-Reporting > PS Query tile > Query Manager or Query Viewer

Note - If your CSRPT Reporting Homepage dashboard does not have a PS Query tile, contact the UMS - Campus Solutions Security Liaisons for your institution.

Report Name

  1. UMS_IR_CR_HRS_W_MAJOR - Provides credit hours for the majors
  2. UMS_IR_CR_HRS_W_MAJOR_RC - A slight modification which uses the UM_UNT_TAK_PRG_RC (Units Taken Progress Row Check) field instead of the UNT_TAKEN_PRGRSS field. The row check version is meant to remove any students who may have dropped courses just prior to census. Row check credit hours match system reporting and the student multi-term report (SQR) in MaineStreet
  3. UMS_IR_CR_HRS_W_MAJOR_3TERM - The first majors match the total of 3 terms worth of first majors in the UMS_IR_CR_HRS_W_MAJOR query, although the 2nd major credit hour total differs slightly from the the sum of three identical terms in the single term query.
