Report Purpose
This report will return any active FA Item Types with a code of blank or other in either FA_SOURCE or FIN_AID_TYPE. It prompts for Institution and Aid Year and is public in the reporting database. This report is run annually during the fall semester (after Aid Year Roll) by the DARTS team, reviewed for Item Type coding errors, and returned to each campus' Financial Aid Director. This allows errors to be addressed well in advance of reporting deadlines.

Note - If your CSRPT Reporting Homepage dashboard does not have a PS Query tile, contact the UMS - Campus Solutions Security Liaisons for your institution.
