DM-209Report Purpose
This query returns student's first generation data with other demographic data by admitted term, enrolled term and institution. Enrollment data is as of census date, however, the first generation data has not been archived by term yet.
Important!
Before First Generation information is accessed for reporting, the use case must be reviewed and approved. This process change is in recognition of the stringent requirements dictating the utilization of federal FAFSA data. A review of each use case for First Generation data ensures the highest standards of data protection for this restricted information. You may apply for approval by submitting your request using the First Generation Data Usage Request Form. For more information, please refer to the First Generation Coding Data Issue Documentation web page.
