JIRA Reference:
Report Purpose
This audit report is looking for applicants who may need the FGEN Student Group added.
- The first set of people it looks for are those who, on the FAFSA, say their parents attended college, but on the application, they have a highest degree of Associates or lower. If employment information is provided and it supports less than a bachelor's degree, the Student Group for FGEN should be added manually.
- The second set of people it looks for are those where the FAFSA data is not equal to the attending college data, and where the parent's highest degree is less than a bachelor's degree or is blank.
Important!
Before First Generation information is accessed for reporting, the use case must be reviewed and approved. A review of each use case for First Generation data ensures the highest standards of data protection for this restricted information. You may apply for approval by submitting your request using the First Generation Data Usage Request Form.
