This page is for Power BI report consumers who are viewing Power BI content created by others, and shared online in Power BI Service. Follow the steps below to find Power BI content that has been shared with you.
- If a report link has been shared, click the link.
If you don't have a link, go to app.powerbi.com. Use your Single Sign On (SSO) credentials to login.
- Click Home on the left column and scroll down to "Shared with me" section. Click the report.
- If you don't see any reports under "Shared with me", click "Apps" on the left column. If you see an app, click the app. It not, click "Get more apps from Microsoft AppSource" or "Get apps".
- Click "organizational apps" tab and find the app you are looking for. You can search the app name on search bar as well.
- Once you get into the app, you will see report. When the app has multiple reports, they are listed under the left-side column. Click the report name to view the report.
Other useful functions on your Power BI Service Page
Add to Favorites: click the star next to the report. Remove reports from favorites by un-clicking the star.
Locate a recent report: Click "Recent" on the left side column
