Create new SQR for Admission Weekly 5 Year Comparison Report

Report Purpose
For any given date, this report returns a 5-year comparison of admissions for the chosen term plus the previous four years (e.g., as of December 6th of 1810, 1710, 1610, 1510, and 1410 for a selected institution). Please see sample report at bottom. This report enables the comparison of application status, for a given institution, as of the same date for five consecutive years.
Only enrolled and net confirmed students are counted in this report.
