Create Incoming Athletes Report in CSRPT to replace current warehouse report.

Report Purpose
This report is used to determine the number of student applicants who were self-reported to have been in a sport at their last school attended, and whether they were admitted, confirmed and/or enrolled.
This report replaces a data warehouse report previously run using Cognos.
