JIRA Reference:
Report Purpose
This report returns instructors assigned to classes that do not have any faculty security roles and is used to contact the department chairs and/or instructors and provide them with the information needed to submit the request for access through the MaineStreet Access to Student Data (Campus Solutions) form.
The results of the query include not only class information, but also provide some HR details about the instructor assigned to the class with regard to employee status, department, job title, and dates associated with their status. This information can be useful when determining if access needs to be requested or not. This list will also include instructors who may be assigned to a class, but have been terminated/retired, indicating that instructor updates are needed for the class.
It is recommended that this report be generated periodically during the semester by the Campus Security Liaison/Registrar to ensure proper access to grading functions is available at the end of the semester.
