Report Purpose
These reports return the EMPLID and email address for all current students and faculty by term, and can be used for communicating critical information to these groups. Additionally, the instructor queries return a number of primary and secondary instructors as well as their institution.
Report Location
MyCampus > MaineStreet > Enterprise Applications > Campus Solutions-92-Reporting > PS Query tile > Query Manager or Query Viewer
Note - If your CSRPT Reporting Homepage dashboard does not have a PS Query tile, contact the UMS - Campus Solutions Security Liaisons for your institution.
Report Name
UMS_DTS_STUDENT_EMAIL - Current Student Email by Term - shows up to three instructors per row, and is designed to download to Excel, stack the three columns into one, and de-duplicate.
- UMS_DTS_INSTRUCTOR_EMAIL - Instructor Data - is a distinct data set by term
