Report Purpose

This report provides current budget, actual YTD expense, and available balance amounts for certain scholarships at the University of Maine.

Since this report replaces one containing subtotals, the query will be flagged for replacement when a new BI tool is available. In the meantime, please use the subtotal function in Excel. Additional instructions for creating pivot tables is here.
