DARTS : Enrollment Summaries with IS and OS Subtotals

Report Purpose

These enrollment reports contain subtotals of headcount, credit hours (units taken) and FTE for in-state and out-of-state residency students.

Report 2 (UMS_DTS_ENROLLMENT_SUMMARYVER2) breaks out an additional combined subtotal for NEBHE, Canadian and Online residency students.

Grand totals are the same for all reports.

MyCampus > MaineStreet > Enterprise Applications > Campus Solutions-92-Reporting > PS Query tile > Query Manager or Query Viewer

Note - If your CSRPT Reporting Homepage dashboard does not have a PS Query tile, contact the UMS - Campus Solutions Security Liaisons for your institution.

1. UMS_DTS_ENROLLMENT_SUMMARY_XL (Replacement for #1 above)
2. UMS_DTS_ENROLLMENT_SUMMARY_XL2 (Replacement for #2 above)
