Report Purpose
This FTE Enrollment Headcount report allows a comparison of actual versus budgeted credit hours. It was a Discoverer report recreated for Miriam White. The budgeted credit hours are represented by the BUDGET_CH field. This query now has required prompts in order to eliminate the need for the BUDGET_CH criteria to be updated every term with the most current budgeted credit hours.

Note - If your CSRPT Reporting Homepage dashboard does not have a PS Query tile, contact the UMS - Campus Solutions Security Liaisons for your institution.
Report Name
These reports does not reflect Inter-Institutional Cross-listed Courses:
- UMS_DTS_ENROLL_CH_FTE_HEADCNT
UMS_DTS_ENROLL_CH_FTE_HCNT_ALL - this version runs for any or all campuses and totals Headcount, Credit Hours, and FTE for each ( or all) campuses by Semester. There is no input for Budgeted Credit Hours in this second version. It is same as UMS_DTS_ENROLLMENT_SUMMARY on Enrollment Summaries with IS and OS Subtotals page.
This report reflects Inter-Institutional Cross-listed Courses. Due to the complexity of the logic, this query needs to be scheduled:- UMS_DTS_ENROLL_CH_FTE_HEAD_XL (replacement of #1 above)
