There are many reports available as of census date. Some reports are on Power BI and the others are in SQR reports. Some archived files are available on Google Drive.

Power BI Reports

These census reports are available on Power BI. You can choose institution, term , or other fields to view the report. Click Viewing Power BI Census Reports for more instructions.


SQR Reports

Click on the heading of the report description to see samples and descriptions of the specific reports available.  Run these reports at MyCampus > MaineStreet > Enterprise Applications > Campus Solutions-Reporting DB > University of Maine Systems > Records and Enrollment > UM Distance Ed Census Reports OR Enrollment Summary Census Reports, OR Miscellaneous Census ReportsSamples show all columns, but only the first 10 rows.  If you need assistance running an SQR, click How to run an SQR Report for instructions.

Distance Education Summaries

These Student Records reports are samples of SQR reports that are run by term.  They include data about distance learning such as delivery method (ITV, Online, Onsite and video conferencing), as well as demographics such as region, site and campus.

Enrollment Summaries

These Enrollment Summary reports are samples of SQR reports that are run by term. They include data about student enrollment and are sorted by demographics such as campus, state, country and by status such as full- or part-time, academic career, and college.  They also include information on age, gender and ethnicity.

Miscellaneous Reports

These Miscellaneous reports are samples of SQR reports that are run by term. They include data about student class names and sections as well as when and where a particular class is offered, matriculated students and credit hours at each different institution they may have attended as well as tuition and fees.
